Dammit. Now I’m going to have to sit through commercials for the next three hours to watch this American cinematic masterpiece.

Still cry when Harry dies.
I love the story about Ben Affleck going to Michael Bay and asking “wouldn’t it be easier to train astronauts to drill instead of training men on an oil rig to be astronauts?” And Michael Bay just responded “Shut the frick up”

One positive thing Covid brought to the table was network tv having to bring back Saturday and Sunday night movies to fill time slots and I’m happy they’ve stuck with it since for the summer months. It kind of makes me feel like a kid again watching movies on the Alphabet Channels.

Still enrages me that Harry was the one left behind to detonate and not the guy who was volunteering to do the job after spending all of his money in hookers and blow

Jethro Tull is just a person in a band.
Was this the breakout movie that launched Owen Wilson? Kinda curious.

Pretty sure it was. He was the ex husband in Meet the Parents around the same time. Great supporting roles where he made every line count.
