Watch the National Press Club UFO Disclosure Conferences on You Tube. They provide probably the best collection of what I would consider reliable eyewitness testimony. Most of the speakers are ex military, law enforcement or commercial pilots.
Out of the Blue and The Phoenix Lights Documentary are also pretty interesting. If you want a different and somewhat disturbing look at the subject watch Mirage Men.

Just watched it. Its not great on evidence and its very conspiracy theorist oriented. The guy making the video is also a 9/11 "Truther" type.
He also puts a liberal spin on things and makes some very bonkers claims such as there being the existence of "unlimited energy" in space that he claims the government hides for "big oil interests" etc.
