Finally got around to watching My Neighbor Totoro last night. A nice feel good movie. Really enjoyed it. Not quite as good as the other Miyazaki films I've seen like Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke but it's not too far behind. I still got Howls Moving Castle and Grave of the Fireflies (not Miyazaki i know) downloaded on my computer so I need to check those out as well. Heard great things about both.

Awesome.

Grave of the Fireflies
Awesome once.

Also, don't forget Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. Its probably my favorite of his work.

On another note, I've been watching Kara no Kyoukai (Garden of Sinners) and it is fricking awesome.

I've only watched the first one so far. Not enough time to sit down and try to digest it, so I've had to put it on hold for right now

I've watched the first 4 so far and they've all been great. The 3rd has been my favorite though. The fight scene at the end is top notch. My only complaint is that I don't know where to find a HD version. IMO, this is a show that needs to be watched in HD.

i know that but when I have a Naruverse moment, I have to look at it even know its sucks

But I think you guys needs to check out Gatchaman Crowds, it does not follow the Battle of the Planets or G-Force but it is good on its own merit and kick-arse soundtrack.

I downloaded the BDs... shite was 54 gigs

Also, MAL is down and I'm pretty depressed about it. Never realized how much I used the site until it went down

I'm not depressed, but upset as well. It's been off and on for a few days now.

Dang, I've been trying to remember the name of this one for a long time now! I watched this show all the way up until the end of the Dark Tournament and the episodes started over. Always wanted to try and find it somewhere, so I could see what happened.

Bleach was also one of my favorites.

MAL, aka My Anime List, is a website where you can list and rate all the shows you've seen. It also has reviews, descriptions, a place to find related shows, etc. it's for manga as well.

Cowboy Bebop was everything it was hyped to be. Some episodes were a bit slow, but great show.

Stein's Gate is also great so far.
