Fixed that for you.
Brie certainly has the acting chops to pull off playing Jennifer Walters but unless they go CGI she's not going to work as She Hulk. Also She Hulk spends most of her time, if not all of it... well as She Hulk. Since her personality doesn't change when she's hulked out she just stays that way all the time.

If Hulk movies have been so unsuccessful what makes Hollywood think a she-Hulk would do well?

Prolly bc they haven’t had a blockbuster flop in like 12 years

Disappointed in this thread

That's completely false. When she is She-Hulk, she comes out of her shell, so to speak.
Also, it's a series, not a film.

As Jennifer Walters, maybe...
I mean, Ruffalo worked as Banner. He didn't have to do much directly to be the Hulk.

Why would you do CGI? She hulk aint as big as the hulk
She's 6' 7". Even Gwendoline Christie is on;y 6' 3".
Elizabeth Debicki is the youngest at 6' 3". No other up and comer is over 6 foot it seems.
Lisa Leslie is the tallest at 6' 5", but she hasn't been in much and I have no idea how good an actress she is.

Hulk movies haven't panned out because Sony can't get out of the way of them.
If Marvel can make Guardians of the Galaxy into an amazing movie, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt personally.

LoTR made 6'1 John Rhys-Davies look like a very believable dwarf.
I'm sure they can make Brie larger when hulked out. Thanos looks pretty good for CGI.
I just want more Brie though.

If Marvel is smart, they will have Jane Foster transform from Natalie Portman into Gwendoline Christie when she wields Mjolnir.

She's already in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 as the leader of the Sovereign (creator of Adam Warlock)

In She-Hulk's most successful incarnations (John Byrne in the 80s, Dan Slott in the 00s, and Charles Soule in the '10s), the key first and foremost is this: Jennifer Walters is funny. She's a smart, capable attorney as well, and she can exist as She-Hulk as an attorney as well, she doesn't really "hulk out" in any of those books, though she has in other incarnations.
But people obsessing over measurements miss the absolute key to the character: she's fun. It's a comedic role as much as it is an action role. You need to be able to pull off a snarky lawyer first and foremost. Then you have to be genuinely affable. She-hulk is this huge green woman, and regular people hang out with her and aren't intimidated by her. That's a tough personality to pull off. Allison Brie actually is a good starting point, because you want a personality like that.

I’m aware of at least one thing she’s made double in size on multiple occasions.
