Such as? How can I add 100lbs of LEAN mass in 6 months?

Cut off 60-70 pounds of lean muscle before starting.

I heard they had to use computers to bulk his legs up. Idk if they did the same thing to his arms but I'm sure they touched them up a bit while they were at it.

Of course he took them. It's not uncommon and is a fairly accepted practice in Hollywood when actors need to bulk up for a particular role. Ed Norton in American History X comes to mind, Brad Pitt in Troy, any super hero movie.

They aren't athletes and I'm usre they find a convenient doctor to prescribe them what they need. What the problem?

I think Russell Crowe has been on the saucecake because his weight and muscle mass fluctuates, same with Gerard Butler

Bale didn't weigh even 220 in Batman. Probably closer to 200. Think about what 6' 220 lbs looks like...

Ryan Baker at around 227 lbs and 6'. Someone who is 6' and a solid 200 lbs. will look huge on film around other midget actors.

No question that they're used frequently. Most of these bodily changes would take years, not just the few months they're given.

I have found it odd that Christian Bale was able to weigh in at a mere 98lbs for the machinist and bulk up shortly thereafter to 240lbs for Batman.

First off, I think someone beat me to this, but please PLEASE tell me none of you think Bale was 240 lbs for Batman! Do yal realize how huge that is?

I think some of you needa hit the gym a little more. Guys like Pitt in Troy, Gylenhal in Persia, and McGwire in Spiderman weren’t big guys. They were normal size dudes who had the best trainers on the planet, ate precisely designed and timed meals, and did specific workouts for six months. None of them were huge dudes, just really jacked guys. Take any athletic dude who is in decent shape (does something athletic/outdoors 3-5 times a week) and put him through this program and he’ll look the same.

Having said that, the dude from Captain Planet looks genuinely big (as opposed to just ripped) and the dude in Thor was a fvcking monster.
