I would submit that the best answer is Kurt Russell. He even has a plethora of family films, as well. (Dreamer, Sky High, early Disney films).

Comedy - Used Cars, Tango & Cash, Overboard, Best of Times, Big Trouble in Little China, Christmas Chronicles

Drama - Miracle, Tequila Sunrise, Vanilla Sky, Elvis, Silkwood

Horror - The Thing, Bone Tomahawk

Action - Numerous...Tombstone.

Sci-Fi - Numberous...Escape from NY, Soldier

I know, every time I see him in a comedy I think about how well he pulled of that role in Domestic Disturbance.

Not many actors would take a chance on a role like Jack Burton in Big Trouble and pull it off like he did. Dude seems so likebale IRL too

Robin Williams

The Birdcage (Comedy)
Good Will Hunting (Drama)
One Hour Photo (Horror)
Action (Jumanji)
Sci-Fi/Fantasy (What Dreams May Come)

In total, he has the most stacked list of directors that he worked with of any actor in history.

I was thinking Sandra Bullock but I’m not sure if her movies are that good.

What about Jennifer Lawrence - does she have a comedy?? Scarlett Johansson

But then again - ‘good’

Christopher Lloyd? His horror films aren't super great, but he was in some decent TV horror and he played Judge Doom in Roger Rabbit and voiced Rasputin in Anastasia.

Comedy: Clue, Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Drama: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Horror: ummmm... I Am Not A Serial Killer? Schizoid?
Action: Back to the Future
Sci-Fi: Star Trek III
