Just here hoping to see DiCaprio's first win.

My predictions for what will win. I would say what I think should win, but some of those aren't even nominated. /

Leo better be hyped when he wins. I want to see him jumping all over the stage like Cuba Gooding Jr. I don't want to see the same lame arse speech we always see from stars.

Really excited to see Brie Larson and Leo win; both had amazing performances. I am really pulling for Tom Hardy, but I know Sly will get the nod.
Room was my pick for Best Picture, but I'll be OK w/ The Revenant (which was my pick as #2.)

Just Leo the damn Oscar already

No way the revenant wins best picture and it's not a given he will get best director at all.

If he doesn't win, then fricked someone's daughter or wife or etc.

what movie do you think should win for sound mixing?
Posted on 2/28/16 at 5:05 pm to jackwoods4
Hollywood loves politics, ensemble casts, old school journalism and dislikes Catholicism...
Spotlight is perfect Oscar bait in showing that they care.
Revenant is just a simple wilderness revenge movie with no lasting message to trumpet like Crash.

Alicia Vikander has arrived. Shame she's going to win tonight for the wrong movie.

You'd be betting against Vegas. The Revenant is the odds on favorite to win Best Picture and Best Director this evening. Of course anything can happen, but rarely does a film win the BAFTA for Best Picture and DGA for Best Director and not take home the top prize.
