These aren't "that would never happen" things, they seem to be actual whiffs in the editing room.

When The Joker throws Rachel out the window, Batman leaps out to save her and does. Then they fall to the ground and leave The Joker alone in the apartment with a bunch of really wealthy people. And then nothing, the scene ends. Pretty sure that has been discussed here though.

Then one I just noticed a few weeks ago, when the accountant weasel approaches Lucius Fox about the money issue with R & D and that he has found out about it; he doesn't make the connection between Bruce Wayne and Batman, all he does is prove that Wayne enterprises is funding Batman. Speaking of which, way not to cover your asses there Bruce and Lucius. It is Lucius that goes the next step and says that guy is crazy for suggesting that Bruce is Batman.

Anyway, just my 2 cents.

Yeah there was a Cracked article that pointed this out to me. Also why wouldn't Batman try to seal the exits and/or call the cops? Joker is way up in a building and presumably had no aerial exits.

I also noticed in the party scene that The Joker referred to Maggie as being "beautiful" three times. Obviously that was an error, too.

Really? It is very clearly implied that he knows it is Bruce Wayne. Lucius Fox says so in his response that tells him he is an idiot.

Didn't read the last part of your post. But still, it seems pretty obvious especially after his issues with Bruce falling asleep during the meetings.

I assumed the Joker robbed them and then booked it the frick out of there.

It wasn't really an important part, IMO.

I kinda just figured that the accountant knew. He didn't say anything like, "I wasn't saying Mr. Wayne was Batman," after Fox called him a moron.

To me, that showed that he did think Bruce Wayne was Batman.

Not every movie can be perfect. Those are just a few misses in editing or writing. Nothing bad at all.

agreed. She just about ruined the movie for me for some reason. I just dont like maggie gyllenhaal. But heres the thing-She can look pretty good at times, but she never looked anywhere in fricking neighborhood of 'good' in the whole movie. She always looked run down and greasy hair and shite. Just not her best appearance.

I thought he did think Bruce was batman. Didnt morgan freeman say "Let me get this straight. You think that your client, one of the wealthiest, most powerful men in the world, is secretly a vigilante who spends his nights beating criminals to a pulp with his bare hands; and your plan, is to *blackmail* this person?"

My whole thing is, someone had to build those tumblers. Even if they were painted, it's not like those things are being manufactured by companies left and right. I'm assuming that the Batman has made the news around the country/world and that footage of his vehicle made it on the news as well. At least one person who helped design and build them had to recognize that their creation was out there.

That's the only thing that really bugs me. I'm assuming that after The Joker tossed Rachel, he and his boys just bugged out somewhere.

I think it was pretty much confirmed that the accountant knew Bruce was Batman from the start since he was about to go on TV to tell everyone the secret and then Wayne saved his life by hitting the truck that tried to kill him.

He threw her out the window because he knew batman would go after her and he could get away. Pretty obvious IMO.

I'll watch it again to be sure, but I want you all to watch that scene again. The accountant never mentions Bruce, he only brings up Wayne Enterprises and the massive amounts of money in R & D, and the plans for the car that he found that he sees on the news every night. Lucius then goes into his statement about Bruce. So the scene is suppossed to convey the sense that the accountant has figured out the secret, but going just by what he says, there is no reason we should assume that.

Wasn't it sort of implied that Fox built it for Wayne Enterprises? It looks like there will be multiple tumblers in the new movie so I guess we'll have our answer.

He wouldn't have. Like I said, I think it was a writing snafu.

He had figured it out. My point is that he doesn't say that before Lucius "confirms" it by threatening him.

I could be wrong, but I believe it was built for military purposes and I don't believe that Lucius said he built it himself. Even if he was the overseer of the project, someone had to help him do the physical labor part of the project.

I've never read a reasonable explaination for this part alone. No way either one of them lives.
