shite just got real - Riff Raff FURIOUS over "Spring Breakers" - Suing for $10M

Riff Raff -- the rapper and former MTV reality star -- says he's suing the people responsible for the movie "Spring Breakers" for $8 to $10 MILLION ... because he believes he was the basis for one of the characters.
Basically, Riff believes James Franco based his character Alien (a white rapper/gangster with cornrows and gold teeth) after himself ... and therefore he should get a bag full of cash for his troubles.
On his way out of AV Club in Hollywood last night, Riff offered up the logic behind his case ... and it's glorious:
"It's like if I have a front yard. And you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property ... then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money."
#wisdom.

yea, but his lawyer is smart for suing considering the movie grossed over $33M on a $5M budget.
they are suing for $10M and will likely settle for 10% of that and the studio will give it to them just to make this go away.

And Riff Raff will promptly spend that 10% on some jewelry and a down payment for a house that he can't really afford. And lots of hookers and blow I'm sure.

i'm not a lawyer, but i hope he wins, that's some bullshite to just rip somebodies imagine off like that. I mean he has mtv tatted on his neck he had to full commit to look like that and somebody shouldn't just be able to copy it.

i've been following riff raff since his g's to gent's days, so he's got some game to still be around some how. i credit dirt nasty with keeping him around, their youtube video's are hilarious. ThreeLoco's is heat too.

I'm calling some kind of bullshite. Riff was practically hired on as an advisor for this movie. Korine and Franco have publicly credited Riff Raff as an inspiration for that character, but they've also said that character was based on a few other individuals as well.
