that was my first 2 guesses. which is wild being the same actor (you can't tell from the second frame) and director.

i think this one didn't get as much press is because BART cops were charged and found guilty fairly quickly. the bigger stories that make more drama (Trayvon, Michael Brown, and Floyd) were more ambiguous on the guilt of the shooter.
