I’m not sure if you’re being intentionally obtuse or if you’re actually slow.
I made the point that LeBron plays in the NBA so by default he is in shape enough to run a mile faster than most people. I believe the same is true for Jokic although I doubt he runs a crazy fast mile since he is much much bigger than LeBron is.
I agree that there are some giant lumbering guys in the NBA that would suck at most other sports and are only in the NBA due to their giant size. I disagree that LeBron is one of those people, he is an elite athlete even when compared to other elite athletes.
You are an average athlete even when compared to other average athletes, regardless of how often you workout and how much you annoy people talking about your lifts.

Lebron James is a physically huge and powerful explosive athlete with fantastic anerobic capacity
He is proven to struggle with skilled activities such as golf and baseball, and with his size and lack of aerobic training he is not actually that impressive at those sports

There isn’t an event in track at Catholic high he would compete in for Varsity either outside of long jump
