I used to get home from the bars on late Saturday night/Sunday morning in the early 2000's. I couldn't sleep, nothing good on TV. Except him broadcasting Battle Dome with the Dahm triplets.

Nah, Thorne is by far the best.

Good first period for Seattle. Any first period in a game seven where nothing much happens is good for the road team. Takes the crowd and energy out of the building. The longer the underdog/road team hangs around in a game seven the more nervous/tighter the favorite/home team gets.

I completely forgot Steve Albert was ringside for Tyson/Holyfield 2. He was good enough to get more national assignments.

Brian Boucher is awful. It’s like he’s watching these two teams for the first time all season.

The Hurricanes are about to get a boost on the defense.

Teuvo Teravainen's roughly monthlong injury absence appears to be near an end.
The Carolina Hurricanes forward has shed his no-contact jersey and participated in a full practice Monday ahead of the Eastern Conference Final against the Florida Panthers. Teravainen hasn't played since he suffered a hand injury in Game 2 of the first-round series against the New York Islanders.
It's unclear exactly when he might be ready to play, though his return would be a lift for a team that has kept advancing despite injuries to top-line forwards.

That was a filthy glove save off of Seguin by Grubauer.

this is getting intense

One bad habit of Seattle in this game is that they are overskating the puck a lot in their own zone, particularly on the rebounds Grubauer doesn't control.

I should have probably put him in over Morrisey.
