For whatever reason, size, setting, aesthetic or whatever your preference, what are your favorite college football stadiums?

Mine:

Obvious reasons (Ohio Stadium)

Michie Stadium (Army)

Folsom Field (Colorado)

Washington Grizzly Stadium (Montana)

Husky Stadium (Washington)

I've only been to a few and none really stood out to me, but I would rank them as follows (not including Georgia Tech):

1. Auburn
2. FSU
3. Clemson
4. Wisconsin (this likely would have been ranked higher had the Badgers been good, but the atmosphere was dogshit when I went. I attended the final game of the year against Cal Poly back in 08 when they had probably their worst season of the past 20 years. almost lost this game too)
5. UNC
6. Georgia

for Bowl/Neutral site, I'd rank them as:

1. Mercedes Benz (Kickoff game)
2. Bank of America (ACC CG)
3. Raymond James (ACC CG)
4. Citrus Bowl Stadium (Champs Sports Bowl)
5. Ga Dome (Peach Bowl)

Under the radar stadiums, limiting it to what I've been to personally.

The Kibbie Dome

I love Cincinnati's stadium. Small but super clean and intimate.

Lol... all of what you wrote is entirely accurate. That 2008 team was a nightmare. Sucks you had to take in Camp Randall with that.

It's a shame that, from what I understand, the administration at Colorado doesn't give two shits about its football program. Cool mascot, cool logo, cool uniforms and colors, pretty damn solid history.

I’ve always enjoyed Kinnick and Memorial Stadium (Nebraska) — both are intimidating atmospheres. Kinnick’s seats go down to the field and Memorial Stadium is “steep” so the noise stays in. That said, their sellout streak is a joke.

Also, I went to Sun Devil Stadium a few times in 2007. Long time ago, but it was one of the few, relatively, recent years that ASU was good. Place was rocking.

You understand correctly. A lot of the students and alumni don't give a shite either. Tickets are always easy to come by for cheap because it's never full.

Cajun Field at ULL embodies everything about South Louisiana. Love how it's built into the slope of the ground itself.

Homer Pick, but Davis Wade Stadium has come so far. They absolutely knocked the End Zone expansion out of the park. A raucous student section right under new suites that are usually filled with prominent athletic alumni. The dynamic is very cool to experience in person. Hopefully we just match the endzone on the other end. It would look beautiful and would likely complete the need for any other future expansions.

Have always loved the uniformity of Neyland Stadium and the checkboard looks perfect.

Of the places I have been

Memorial Stadium - great atmosphere. Great fans.

Gerald Ford Stadium - Like the way the stadium felt. Intimate but nice

Turpin Stadium - I’m biased but have always liked Turpin. Very close to the action

I would put TCU but haven’t been there since the expansion. Really enjoyed TCU.

Nippert Stadium is absolutely a gem. I totally forgot about that place. Great history there. I just wish Cincinnati could get out of their perpetual on the verge becoming a P5 school. The Big 12 would be wise to add them. Big school in a major metro with GREAT high school football. Would get the Big 12 into the state of Ohio for recruiting.

The new press box has made that place incredibly loud. The way the stadium is nestled into campus, almost no noise escapes. Its extremely loud for a stadium its size.

Its like a wall strait up on both sides...the sound is amplified by the design. Cant believe i forgot Nippert Stadium.

that was also about as cold as I've ever been for an extended period of time. good lord. I was sitting in the upper deck, the wind was whipping, it was gray, no one was having a good time....awful experience LOL.

Had a good time tailgating at an on-campus apartment where a friend of a friend lived. but again....cold as shite
