I was one of the faster players on our HS baseball team and I never could get over the 4.6 hump. Once you break into the 4.5's....that's elite speed. I agree with you

I think I ran like a 4.9, of course that was hand times so I was probably slower than that if it was laser.
I agree all these people who supposedly ran sub 4.6 are full of shite or their coach was very slow with his stop watch

Yea most of the guys on the MSB ran about a 4.6 and were O-lineman

Actually we used WR to run in the plays so we played equal amounts of time. The guy I was talking about that ran 4.3 was 5A MVP as a WR at West Monroe. He had 1,300 yards receiving for a team that threw the ball 5 times a game. Against Catholic, BR in the semifinals he had 5 catches for 251 yards and 4 touchdowns.

When I was skinny I ran a hand-timed 4.7 something, but I'd be an idiot to think that was a real time. When we brought the actual equipment out there, it was a 4.81 . After my lung surgery and I gained 25 pounds, I ran a 5.11 .
My letterman jacket has CB #4 on one side, OL #64 on the other
