good, Goodwin is they only one I know off hand. He could be mistaking me for Bradley Farmer. Another white boy who ran a time like that who came in the same year as I. I'm sure he won't remember my best time, but he would tell you what my speed was. He has coached all over. I don't know where he is now but he's still coaching. Like I said. He was my coach for my 1st year. I didn't get to that speed until my 3rd year. my RS Soph year. I came college in the 4.5's my freshmen year. Would you like to contact my high school coach to ask my speed? He timed me at 4.44 before but I know that wasn't correct. I'll admit that with high school coaches using stop watches. In High school my times where 4.7' Fresh, 4.6's Soph 4.5's Jr/Senior. College fresh 4.5's R/S Fresh low 4.5's, Soph 4.45's consistent. Brian Ensminger was my coach in HS

**Off Season training does work.. lol... I knew my size wasn't gonna get me where I wanted to be and I couldn't control that. Speed is what I could control. And I worked at it. I'm actually more prone to believe people who say "I played college football and ran a 4.5. I was fast as shite" than people who say "I was just a slow white boy who only managed a 4.7 playing jv football". I don't really think these people are necessarily lying, I just think their coach told them what they wanted to hear or there was an extremely large margin of error on the time keepers part.
