I'll re-post what I put in the other thread:
LOL if anyone think Miami is going to get it THAT bad. This moron can't even prove when most of these pictures took place. Bernard Thomas already said the picture of him with Winslow was taken after they were in the league. Can Shapiro prove otherwise? No.
Antrel Rolle and Devin Hester already said they know nothing. The NCAA can't slam Miami THAT hard if no one corroborates. Tyrone Moss has and supposedly 8 others...but who are the other 8?
This moron is a proven LIAR who LIED to hundreds of people and SCREWED them out of millions of dollars. You think anyone is going to believe this dude word for word?

Pictures are one thing. Confirmation of the stories is something else.
Case in point, the owner of the suit store said that Hester came in with Shapiro and Shapiro bought him a 4500 dollar suit. The receipt shows the proof that the transaction took place.
There are others.

Miami will only get harsh sanctions of UM knew about what was going on, which I honestly don't believe. LOL you guys are believing everything this fraud is spitting out. Pictures without proof of when they were snapped, receipts of transactions with NO PROOF they were for UM players or recruits, etc. This proven liar could have bought that crap for anyone and just because a store owner agrees means nothing. Who's to say he wasn't on this moron's payroll?
I don't doubt that this stuff didn't occur, but there's no concrete proof on a lot of this. People have to step up and defend Shapiro or he doesn't have much, especially with a proven sketchy attorney.

I was thinking the same. I know some guys are absolutely sweating it out knowing Hurtt was lead recruiter on guys like Teddy Bridgewater.

Not flaming here, but didn't it take 4 years due to the lack of cooperation by some of the parties involved, namely Reggie Bush and his family and others from whom he had gotten benefits besides Lake? I don't know so I'm asking, was the NCAA looking at the entire program and all players during that time or was the investigation just on the Reggie Bush allegations?

In NCAA "court" testimony given by players who received benefits and who have first hand knowledge of others receiving benefits is the "evidence" that will sink Miami. NCAA "evidence" is much less strict than what is required in a court of law.

Actually, it does. do you understand the ncaa is not a court of law? They dont need "beyong a reasonable doubt." They only need to say "we believe this guy and not that guy" and they can frick you in the arse.
