No way NOLA is on a list of early expansion cities. They aren’t going to a small market for one of the first expansion teams and risk not having enough support.

True, but the Chargers are a shite product, as is the NFL.
I think it likely came down to optics. Small stadium is easier to fill and filled stadiums look better on tv, which is where your optics are made.

It sucks that St.Louis team only has the Dome to play in, till 2022, when the MLS Stadium is done being built.
They had most Season tickets by XFL team, and a 16/17K stadium would of been loud and perfect, compared to a 66K stead stadium with 17K in it.

It won't be bad,they will all be in the lower bowl I'm sure.. Houston didn't use the upper bowl and it looked and sounded fine today. It's not a 66k stadium but it is 40k and nowhere near filled.
