I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are under the impression I'm referring to Africa as a country when in fact I'm talking about the country at the center of the OP.

The level of corruption in South Africa is unbelievable. Pistorius had this all wrapped up until this became an international issue that made SA look bad.
