No doubt I would pay $850 for my teams super bowl ticket.

I'd buy it, turn around an flip it for more money. A package deal, that ticket and an AR-15 for $5,000.

I had to drop managerial accounting. Huge exam and I couldn't study in Miami.

If your team was in it? Apparently that's how "cheap" the have been going for on various sites.

Falcons fan?

You'll never have this problem.

To answer, absolutely.

I have no NFL allegiance but I'm going to the game. Paid face value of $850. It's a little over two hour drive from my house so no major travel expenses.

I'm doing it to check one thing off my list. I'll probably never attend another Super Bowl.

As a Saints fan, if you're asking me would I have paid $850 to watch SB 44 in person, absolutely.

I spent $700 for two tickets earlier that season. Wasn't able to go to the SB but I would have paid that, easily.

I've spent a lot more money on more frivilous things. Would have no issue spending that on something that would turn into a lifelong memory.

After watching the NFL Network special on SB XLIV, I'd gladly pay that to see my team win.

WTF?

I spent $800 each for the saints super bowl victory. Probably another $2500 - $3000 while down there. I would do it again tomorrow if they were in it again.

Perhaps so, but in Miami it was a shitload of fans as well. The stadium was rocking the whole game. I just can't describe it. If the saints make it back you should go.
