Worst uniform in sports history?

Those pirates unis are incredible. OP has no uniform taste credibility now.

The shorts were just a one-time thing, but those awful collared jerseys were official.

The colored pants are not my cup of tea, but the jerseys are fine and look clean. What makes those uniforms terrible are the hats, them being pinstripe and the shape of them. You are somewhat right in that people say they're awesome now because of nostalgia and them being so bad they're good. A lot of ugly uniforms from years past are now viewed as cool because retro is "in" right now.

For those who disagree with me, please point out what specifically you like about the Pirates uniforms.

The hat: The stripes on the hat are awful. The black one I can let slide but the yellow hat is so ugly I want to go blind

The shirt: I actually don’t mind the white and black shirts in terms of the color, but the stripes are so awful.

The pants: By far the worst part of the uniform. First of all the stripe down the side makes them look like sweatpants. And the waist stripe is the worst part. It makes professional athletes look like dumpy couch potatoes.

There’s nothing actually good about these uniforms. It’s just nostalgia.

The Jacksonville color rush ones with the 2 toned helmets

All the Apex unis from the early 90s in college.

From about 15 years ago when Affliction and shite like that was popular. The team owner was the head of Rock Revival Jeans.

The home white is ok, the away would be better if it was gray instead of whatever shade of blue that is. The rainbow in the writing is just gay.
