Man I have no desire to run a marathon. I toy with the idea every now and then but then I remember how much that's got to suck

I’m planning on running my first half in February. I always said after college I wanted to do the world majors but let up on it a bit as I got more into coaching and had less time available to run. If this half goes well I’ll probably start going for getting a Boston qualifier in.

What’s target time for the half? It sounds like you ran college cross country and/or distance in the past 15-20 years so you’re flag to have a damn good time.

So are there any more details on Randolph Ross? I don’t understand exactly what happened or how you can tamper with the process?

Only thing I can think of is seal issue or unsupervised sample and refusing to be supervised

This first one I’m just trying to get through since I’m just starting back running consistently after a long break. Hopefully 75-80ish but we’ll see.

I'm not expecting anything but man I'd be hyped up if Joe Klecker pulls off something crazy

I was just telling my wife I hope klecker has a good showing. I like zouhair Talbi a lot although I doubt he does much here either. He ran at alot of the same meets the naia school I coached at competed in and he’s a good guy. Broke the NAIA 5k record in 2021 indoors at our national meet. One of my kids finished 4th and he got lapped twice by him (200 meter flat track but still)
