Evidently, the Mexicans didn't know this or didn't care. After strolling over to pick up the bunted ball, the Mexican thrid baseman tossed the ball to the pitcher, pointed to his ribs, then to the next batter, telling him to take him out.

Canada's win was huge for us. If I read the standings correctly, the United States can afford to lose a 1 run game tonight and tomorrow's game will still be a play in.

Ehhh, that's the run differential, but that's not all that goes into the tiebreaker. Yes, we can afford a loss tonight and still advance with a big win over Canada on Sunday, but I'm not exactly sure about the math that goes into it.
