seems like there are going to be some risky/bad hires this offseason

I am curious to find out where Cowher will end up.

One of them better be African-American, regardless of qualifications, or Stephen A Smith will be plastered on TV.

Only first timer I can think of would prob. be Ron Rivera. I think you will see retreads like Denny Green and maybe Gregg Williams. Mularkey might get another shot too.

They all replace just each other like politicians do. The coaching "carousel".

If I'm half the shitty teams out there, I'd be trying to get Marty, Vermeil, or Cower to come back to coaching over the guys that they will end up taking.

spagnuolo, mcdaniels, schottenheimer, fassel and maybe cowher will have gigs

cowher to kc = perfect fit

i think fassell ends up in oakland b/c he apparently wants the job. with all the other openings he may change his mind if he gets a solid nibble.
shotty is going to come back and groom his son as the future HC
i think spagn and mcdaniels are very risky. both fell into great situations personnel-wise

Herm is the worst Head coach. Surely they will get rid of him?

anyone think jason garrett jumps ship this time?

Miles goes to Dallas if Phillips is fired.

garrett is the NFL's major applewhite, and his stock has sunk a bit
but applewhite went back home AFTER failure...where's he going to go?
