How many Super Bowl wins does Brees have?

The defense won the only super he played in.

But yet Brees was named MVP with an OUTSTANDG performance after the 1st quarter. He spread the ball all over like I have never seen before. In FACT The Saints offense DOMINATED the Colts D. Go back and watch the game.

Or I can just leave this here...

quote:

Brees executed the gameplan almost flawlessly en route the MVP and the Super Bowl win, completing 32 of 39 passes for 288 yards and two touchdowns.

Missed 7 passes in the biggest game of his career, Yep all defense..

Wouldn't it mean Brees breaking Marino's record for passing yards not all that special?

Breaking the record was special. But we've had 5 instances of QBs passing for over 5,000 yards in the last four years. Before 2008, only one player had done it in the entire history of the NFL.

Not only does he have a Super Bowl win under his belt, he was also the MVP of that particular game

What a fail.

Remember that pick 6?

Also when did I ever mention I'm a romo fan? Or even compared him to Brees? The closest comparison is how does romo throwing for 5,000 make people look at Brees's yardage record.

The Saints had the lead when that pick six occurred. The interception simply sealed the game for them.

Again is romo gonna break it? Then it still gold. For frick sake romo hasn't even thrown for 5,000 yet.

Oh the interception that closed out the game? Sure I remember it. Again did we not score at all? Or did the defense score 31 points? Also were we not already up 24-17 when the pick happened?

Your post is full of fail.

All that did was give them a 14 point lead. A great play, BUT........Like I said REWATCH the game. OR watch it for the 1st time since it looks like you didn't watch the 1st time.

Two fluke events allowed the Saints to win against a superior team:

1. Freeney's ankle injury
2. Hank Baskett not recovering an onside kick that hit him in the chest

I watched it. But don't really care since I'm not a saints fan. I'm happy that saints fans know 1/5 of how cowboys fans feel in reference to superbowls.
