Got a link on that? It's no excuse, but Woody did everything he could to keep recruits out of Ann Arbor.

This whole CUM thing is just like Tebow. I'm no fan of either but the amount of undeserved hate raining down on these two compells me to take their side.

It's been in articles and books on paper that Hayes did hate Michigan, but he never told recruits don't go to Michigan because Bo had a heart attack at his first rose bowl. Woody would go after schools he felt was cheating, He got MSU put on the second most severe probation after SMU in the late 1970s.

I agree that the love fest between Dantonio and Tressel did go a little too far, but in the big ten you're not supposed to go really negative against fellow big ten schools. There is negative recruiting in the big ten, but against other big ten schools you're supposed to stay away from stuff like Kill's seizures and Dantonio's heart attack.

Toliver had already used up his official visit to LSU so his hs school coach and a guidance counselor from his school drove to LSU the weekend before signing day to research whether or not LSU players graduate school ever.
