One thing about bron, his teams success very very rarely exceeds their talent level. When he has the most help, he wins. When he doesn’t, he gets beaten. well except for when they lost
to Dallas, they had more talented squad that year and lost.

that can be held against him

Dragging that garbage 2007 Cavs roster to the Finals trumps losing the 2011 Mavericks series. That Cavs roster was the worst to ever make a Finals. Jordan was never on a team with that little talent around him.

Although Jason terry was better in the playoffs as dirks sidekick than CP was in the playoffs as hardens sidekick, it is still hard to look past bron having a super team and losing to that sqaud when you look at overall talent.

Winhorst is like Jonah Hills character to LeBrons Aldous Snow. I bet it goes “from 6 to midnight” everytime he sees the Queen.

The NBA Tampering(or anti-tampering) rules suggest that teams, player or coaches cannot approach or lure players on rival teams when they are bound by contracts with their respective teams.

This includes publicly stating interest in acquiring the services of the player or by contacting his agent about a possible trade.

Obviously no one in the league gives a shite about these rules. Open tampering has been going on for years and the league just turns and looks away and allows it to happen.

Comparing Jason Terry with Chris Paul is kind of comical tbh.

Jason Terry was Dirk’s sidekick for quite a few years and they won 1 ring. Cp3 was a hell of a sidekick for 2 years. Year 1, they would’ve won a ring had his hamstring not given out and the whole team didn’t choke the next 2 games away.

What is comical is how much better terry was in those playoffs v Paul in his last year of HOU in those playoffs but dirk did it on his own they say.

And when you have a team with 4 all nba players up against a team with 1, the team with 1 doesn’t choke if they lose. They just lost to a much more talented team. A choke is when a team who shouldn’t lose, loses.

Which just makes it weirder that you kept picking Rox to win even after each w against them. I thought you were a student of the game and could see Rox had no chance.

Lebron goes back to Cleveland and beats one of the greatest teams of all time in the Warriors and they recruit Durant.

The correct narrative.

LeBron builds a Superteam before he releases his Sports Illustrated letter with the #1 pick on his way out the door for an All NBA level player to join a rising star.

Those 3 along with a deep roster of role players get to the Finals against a team and if not for injuries to Kyrie and Love, their 2-1 lead would’ve been secure.

The next year GS beats their expected wins by roughly 8 games chasing a silly record, who should’ve lost in the WCF, and a healthy Cleveland team defeats them as GS has no answer for a large wing playmaker and a young stud guard who attacks their wilted defense.

Golden State realizes their team was never going to get past that tough as nails Cavs team and signs their own big wing playmaker. Torch is passed.

Playoffs missed. Achilles is blown. All the players switch around and now two super heavy teams, one led defensively by two way big man who carried the Lakers until he had to guard a wing in the Finals and the other team is an offensive juggernaut.

Let’s hope both teams are healthy.

The Nets still don’t have an answer for guarding AD though they might not need to.

come on bro that was a 5 game GSW series w/out the green suspension. GSW was clearly better than both of those cavs teams of both teams were healthy.

Cleveland always had the defensive advantage and two players who could attack off the dribble.

Golden State had Harrison Barnes playing important minutes. One of the greatest accomplishments of James career was taking a guy who was once the #1 prep player in the country and essentially dismissing him from top level basketball. Just incredible how he turned a talented young player like Barnes into a complete afterthought.

Cleveland should’ve won the year before as well.

The Nets had 2 stars and the other one forced his way out to join them. Or, do you have stories of Kyrie or Durant recruiting Harden before he requested to go there?

This is hilarious because KD did actually recruit Harden who then started tanking to force the deal.

You clowns are so obsessed with hating one guy.

Correct. Harden and KD met some time after the season ended and decided they were gonna link up. Then harden told Russ and Russ asked for the trade first. Then harden followed. There was nothing that the new coach or signings or whatever could do to change his mind, that’s why it was funny to see boogie get all in his feelings. His decision was made before boogie and wall and all be got there. It wasn’t personal.

If you thought the NBA was top-heavy now, we haven't seen anything. The buyout market is going to be a major conduit for still great players to fill up a few contenders. A lot of players are willing to go play for a dime to chase a championship between contracts.

I dont see anyone on the buyout market making a big impact in these playoffs.

Drummond prob will have the biggest impact, but I don’t even think they get out the west.

Clippers getting “playoff rondo” was huge. That’s who I am taking in the west. BKN v Clip show in finals. Probably a 5 or 6 game series win for the nets.

Yea, playoff rondo was a damn good move. Lakers vs Clippers wcf should be fun if they are all fully healthy. Can't see clips beating lakers provided they have their full rosters though b. Nets beats them both though.

You think Wade, Bosh, Lebron didn’t know they were gonna join up after their 3 year contracts were up?
