So you are going to trade for Russell Wilson and still take a QB in the draft? That doesn't make any sense.

Also, I highly doubt Daniel Jones will be around in the 3rd.

He's saying Seattle take the QB.

My bad. I was looking at it from the Giants perspective.

I still don't think Jones will be around in the 3rd. That dude will likely be one of the first dudes off the board in day two.

Seattle should franchise him and sign Manziel as the backup hoping he can supplant him as the eventual starter. All y'all know you'd love to see it happen.

Is that what they've told you?

I know you were being a smartass but I’ve kinda become friends/acquaintances with Mark Davis and had several conversations with him about the future of the Raiders and they’re trying to make any splashes they can before they move to Vegas. Russell Wilson coming in as a free agent and being the starting QB when they open in Vegas would be a splash.

Russell Wilson is one of 6 QBs that deserve a franchise crippling deal.

That is an AWFUL trade.

I heard it was more along the lines of both of the Giants first rounders this year and their 2nd rounder.

Agreed

And Seattle would laugh the Giants out of the room with the 17th pick and Eli.

He'll just become a FA and sign with them.

Cut brees, sign Wilson qb problems fixed for 8 years or so if he stays healthy. He and payton retire together on 2027

Really bad take.

People are still tossing out the "game manager" hot take with Wilson in 2019?

Wilson is in the upper half of NFL starting quarterbacks but he is in no way, shape or form a top 5 guy.

This thread is amazing. The dude is a top 8 QB at worst that has been playing behind shite offense lines for years and people are on here talking like he’s Alex Smith. Seattle would be dumb as hell to trade him

If he doesn't want to sign with them and some stupid team gives them 3 first round picks?

why not?

Makes sense for the Giants to get Wilson because they need a dual-threat given their history of bad o-lines.

Want to know how I can tell you haven't paid any attention to QB play in the last two seasons.
