Yes
Really happy for his career considering a lot of our fans did not like pick and questioned it when first drafted
And that mostly being the fans who were also gamecocks

Will he be alive by the time he gets in?
If that guy doesnt have CTE then CTE must not be real

Doubtful

It seemed like Troy Aikman perpetually had a concussion when he played and he’s fine now. Head injuries obviously aren’t good for you but I don’t think the long term effects are completely settled science.

If he’s not in by the 2027 class then he either came back or they need to shut the Hall down.

Maybe on a down year but I don't think he is a first ballot HOF'r due to early retirement/only playing 8 years
That being said, hell of a player that all 32 teams would have loved to have on their team

He won’t get first ballot, but he will be in. My guess is that short HoF careers are going to become more of the norm (see Patrick Willis and Calvin Johnson) and that combined with a TV career keeping him well known will push him in for sure.
Great player and totally deserves it.

Probably. Very similar career to Patrick Willis and similar stats. Willis had more sacks, but Kuechly had more interceptions. Played almost the same amount of years with similar pro bowl and all pro selections. And Willis is a nominee this year, so chances are good Kuechly will at least get a shot to get in.

7 years he was at the top of his craft compared to his peers

During his playing time he was the best at his position. I know it wasn’t a long career, but it wasn’t super short either. I think he deserves to be in

I think he'll get in eventually.
Side question. Will Bobby Wagner be in the HOF?

You'll see more and more people get their second big contract then retire after it's up.
Especially guys like him who experience a bunch of concussions.

no. He was a good player but not HOF worthy.

I agree. Only asked because I was checking out this HOF monitor thing on pro football reference and never realized that their numbers were so close. HOF monitor

He was one of the top players at his position every year he played.
How is that not HOF worthy?
