I knew he wasn't that good a HC when they hired him. He did more at LaTech as an AD than HC

I am with you on that one. Kentucky is always going to be tough to win in football. Even KY residents always say KY is a basketball state.

Don't you think better situation would come up other than UK. Although UK has some pretty nice facilities. I get he would leave for the upgrade in $$.

Anyone that knows him, knows he ultimately wants to end up at TT.
Dykes played there and his dad was a legendary coach there.
Tubberville won't be there for to much longer, he'll bolt back to the SEC at his first chance. Dykes has built a solid program and I could easily see him holding out one more year at Tech hoping the Texas Tech job opens.
