I think it’s safe to say he is better than average

He can’t win championships because he’s never healthy

If put Stockton near the top of any list. He is the career leader in assists and steals, plus in the top 50 in scoring. He was also a very good 3 point shooter. He would put up ridiculous stats in today’s game.

I'll take a healthy Paul over Stockton every time.

I would put Chris third on the point guard list.
Steph magic and Chris are the top 3.
Chris is #1 offensive rating ever. Top ten at PER and WS/48.

Nah. Chris Paul very overrated by this site because he was a Pelican. He is above average at best, that's why he can't win a championships.
One of the worst takes I've ever seen on this site, and that's saying a lot!

I disagree with this post

Without going back too far, I’d say Malone, Barkley and Ewing. Maybe Chris Mullins.
CP3 and Stockton are pretty close IMO.

Chris Paul is obviously really good.. But the best player to never win a ring? If Westbrook doesn't win a ring, I'd put him over CP.. But there are several players who are retired, who doesn't have a ring, that I would put above CP.

O I hope you are kidding. Weatbrook is nowhere near CP3. That is an insult to Chris.

Anyone who thinks Chris Paul is a better player than John Stockton is too young to have watched 80's and 90's basketball.

He is certainly better than Stockton. Stockton has him on longevity and durability I’ll give him that.
Posted on 3/21/19 at 9:12 am to TaTa Toothy
No Barkley, Baylor(technically he won one), Nash, Stockton, Karl Malone, and a few more.
Posted on 3/21/19 at 9:13 am to TaTa Toothy
Elgin Baylor and David Thompson, CP3’s certainly in the convo dude’s the Isiah Thomas of this era just his teams usually get derailed by injury come playoff time, CP3 doesn’t get injured the Rockets probably beat the Warriors and advance to the Finals, is what it is but CP3’s magnificent

He will be remember for sure as one of the best players to win. It would be hard to quantify him as the best. Barkley, Malone, Stockman, and Wilkins all say hello. Im not sure i could see an argument of CP3 being better than all those guys

And a healthy Iggy last year and GSW ends the series in 5 games.
