The media wants Texas and golden boy Herman to be successful

And so are all of us that didn’t like the O hire and preferred another candidate.

These threads are almost always started by O backers. If you are not just an O fan, why would you assume others are Herman fans rather LSU fans

I'm not sure you understand how downvotes, or computers generally, work.

Um what?

They started off those season 3-3 and 2-4

They’re 5-1.

What do 2015 and 2016 have to do with 2018?

Herman's program is showing significant progress. Why are you so threatened ? Are you not confident in Eaux? Does he not instill confidence in the fanbase ?

I don't think Tom Herman ever had any intention of coming to LSU, but I wish we had made him say no instead of Alleva acting like a little bitch and pulling the offer the way he did.

The jury is still out on Texas, but they are definitely headed in the right direction. If they can get past W. Virginia, they have a more than decent shot at winning the Big XII.

We couldn't afford to wait on Herman. The Power 5 offers were coming in to Orgeron's agent, had to lock him down before we lost him.

Alleva did the right thing.

They are better than LSU and will be for as long as the coaches are who they are now.

Good one. That's something you'll never see happen in real life.

Hey, this may come as a surprise to you, but no one here gives a shite about Texas.

That's where you're wrong. O sycophants are OBSESSED with anything that might show he isn't doing a good job at UT.

Well that's for certain. How many unsolicited "Hotlips" threads and references did we get from Ree and several others? Did they expect it wasn't going to get shoved right back in their faces when he started to turn things around?

Herman wearing a hardhat is probably Ree's second-most posted photo over the last year. After O stretching, of course.

Herman loses to shitty Maryland 2 years in a row. Beats an always overrated USC and has a decent win against a "defenseless" Oklahoma and he's all of a sudden the great coach again that he never was?

I don't think anyone implied that Herman is the greatest. Just that he has his team improving weekly and headed in the right direction. Orgeron sycophants are desperate for Herman and Jimbo to fail. It's pathetic actually.
