Dude has barely played in two years after a fine 2021 season and good 2022 season.
People act like he’s Patrick Mahomes

Well, they're the same age.

He’s a pretty good college QB
Posted on 10/11/24 at 10:47 pm to DBG
In 2022, he was 33rd in yards thrown and 24th in touchdowns thrown
Not saying he’s bad by any means or that he doesn’t have a lot of potential, etc. but the hype around any time he actually gets into the game is too much

Well they both have similar college statistics.

He's good when he's healthy. There is a massive drop off after him which probably plays into his hype a bit. Utah is a different team with him. He doesn't look healthy today though.

What?
Mahomes threw for 4000 and then 5000 yards. As I already pointed out, Rising threw for 2400 and 3000.

Texas Tech and Mahomes threw the ball A LOT more. I'm talking about QB rating, completion percentage and TD/INT ratio.

It’s late. I don’t give a shite

It’s because he shows heart, and looks like Gardner Minshew.

He’s black… and they are about the same size. Both can run

maybe the first time I've ever seen a college player get caught by father time. He looked nothing like he used to. Sure some might be they called him back to soon after an injury but you know who gets injured every year? Old people.

Yeah, his swashbuckling style is kind of what made him great. It's tough to do that when you're protecting your body.

He looks like what Baker Mayfield looked like when he pretended to be a Buccaneers fan

He was an excellent college QB when he could run and take on tacklers. He’s not healthy.

You’re thinking of Cam Ward. There are two Cams in CFB right now. Two of them.
