Well, I was partially trying to say this as well.

I think LBJ is mostly a victim of culture/media coverage.

Agree completely.

Like I said, I honestly couldn't care less about his personal life.

But, from what I do know, he seems to like to have a good time with his buddies and, for whatever the reason Chad, he is also philanthropic.

Maybe he doesn't conduct himself in the manner that some on here would if they were in a similar situation, but we will never know how exactly you would/would've conducted yourselves.

Drew does it for goodness of his heart.

Lebron does it for the NBA cares cameras.

Is it just me or does Chad always hijack Lebron threads into discussions of Aristotelian eudaimonia vs Kantian ethics

it is probably just me

Not his fault.

Hometown hatred?

Not his fault. They would've hated him even if he hadn't done The Decision. It was a lose/lose for him.

C'mon...

All of what you posted, minus your personal comments, was posted here there or four years ago. It was discussed in detail. My favorite part of it was the implication that Bron's scene was too much for Glen Davis.

The scene the guy describes reminds me of the Satellite TV commercials with the Russian guy & his girls, and his miniature giraffe.

Rich folks just party in different way than most of us. I can't hate on them since I've never been there.

So you're saying that he has a cool head while on the court and refuses to get himself into any situations that could cost his team?

He seems like a better guy every time you post, Chad!

No, his cowardly decisions he makes off the court is the same cowardly behavior he has on the court. That dude should have pimp slapped the frick out of the NBA's biggest star 3 years ago and declared the NBA HIS. Instead, he's riding shotgun and just wants to be loved.

Finally, Carter tells James it's time to leave the club and they do, LeBron pretending to cross- over tables and shoot over slot machines all the way back to his room.

I like Lebron's game. Off the court I cant stand the fricker. He enjoys the attention ESPN gives him on a daily basis.

Bbbut Tom Brady is a Metrosexual, and Gronkowski bangs pornstars.

Who cares, honestly?

As long as you're not committing crimes or actively raping dead bodies, I couldn't pretend to care less.

Its hypocritical to appreciate players like a drew brees for how they conduct themselves off the field and contributions to charity and what not and to not hold it against the ones who act like douches.

If I was as sanctimonious as you are, I'd tell you to get the log out of your own eye before telling LeBron to get the spec out of his.

How about just saying it's hypocritical to judge bulletin board posters any differently than judging athletes.

Especially the one's who have this tattooed on their back:
