The primary reason (above).

But the haters will definitely chime in with the claim that "one of their best friends is black".
if this were the case then baseball and hockey would be all this board cared about

His fans are ruining it because if not for them I would enjoy watching. Also hate arrogant athletes.

Extreme selfishness, with a grandiose view of one's own talents and a craving for admiration, as characterizing a personality type.

Sound like someone.

Exactly. It's the world we live in now. All about me. All I'm saying is that I was raised to respect the game, not glorify myself.

Who do you think would know more about whether Cam is just all about himself, you or his teammates?'

What do you think his teammates would say to that, if they were being honest?

Does this mean you despise LSU football as well?

Do you have eyes, and are you capable of forming your one opinion? Do you not see his antics on the field? Why must he have the spotlight on him constantly?

Do you see Russell Wilson acting that way?

So much this!

Too many hours invested in why their team really shouldn't have lost to him. It's almost muscle memory now.

I do have eyes, and I see that his team absolutely loves him, and that says more than any of the nonsense you're focusing on from a leadership standpoint.

So there's that...

Everyone must be a robot and act and lead the same exact way!!!!

OK - so formulate your opinion by watching his team respond to him. I'll formulate mine based on the definition of class and character I learned from my parents and coaches. It's probably just a generational thing - no judgments here.

That's all fine and dandy, but I honestly don't understand how such a me first/all about me guy would have a team that responds to his leadership the way his team obviously does.

You make a good point. I just watched his post game presser on ESPN. He came across as a team guy and said all of the right things. I just hope he plays like shite two weeks from today.

It's because he's so talented, and they think winning is more important than anything.

Look, as I said, Cam's not my kinda guy. I prefer people who place the game above their personal gratification. Example - LF7 - remember him paying respect to the HOFers that played at Syracuse.

Don't "hate" anyone in sports but Cam is the kind of arrogant/hot-dog type player that I dislike. I much prefer calm composure during that game that says "I've been here before" and save the jackass celebration until after the game assuming you won the game and have something to celebrate.
