There are scenarios where it could happen, but most of them require a really ugly game.

And Korean.

I like Freeman a lot, but ND fans are annoying me more than Ohio St fans, so go Ohio St.

ND's only chance is if Day's sphincter tightens up like he's playing Michigan.

So, there is a very good chance.

It comes down to the defensive front. ND's offense is pro style and run heavy, just like 2023 Michigan. Despite how good tOSU's front 4 is, running power will have at least moderate success against their base nickel. ND's secondary won't play man, they'll copy the 2024 Michigan and Texas blueprint which worked. That leaves it up to the dline. If they can stop the run and get pressure with 4-5, they'll win. This is assuming the DC/CB coaches swallow their pride and don't do something stupid, like putting the secondary in cover 0/1 to prove a point

Throw the Michigan game out the window.

Michigan is in Ohio State's head and Day and Kelly were hell bent on beating Michigan the Harbaugh way.....we're the BULLY on the block!

This won't be that trench warfare game.

Ohio State will let it fly and cruise, no ugly game here.

I don’t think ND will win, but I’m not sure why people are just penciling them in for a blowout. They were good not great in the regular season, they lost twice. Including to a terrible Michigan team, which I understand has other factors.

Howard could easily turn the ball over a couple of times and be pretty bad, and Ryan Day has had a propensity to not show up in the biggest games in the past.

Ohio State has looked awesome for 3 games, but they looked very beatable for 12 before that.

I think Ryan Day becomes the first Asian coach to win a title.

That isn't what they've staed but we'll see. If they do play man they going to get roasted for some big plays.

I think we will see a lot of man coverage from ND.

If they do it's the worst champion in a long time

They lost to NIU.

Which 3 games we talking about? The ones against 3 top 10 teams including the #1 team by 20?

Did they really look awesome against Texas? Texas had it on the 1 1st and goal to tie and likely take the game into OT. Why Sark didn’t just QB sneak it a time or two I’ll never know. Instead, he went Pete Carroll and called one of the worst plays imaginable.

I don't know if Notre Dame can win but I'm taking them and the points because I think it will be close.

Pulling for them, but it’s not likely. Ohio State is playing good ball right now.

either team winning will be the worst NC in decades. It's such a watered down NFL 2.0 league now.

Neither made their conference title game. One lost to a 7th place team in the Mac at home and the other lost to a bad .500 Michigan team at home and Oregon and played average all regular season long against bad competition.
