Which is better? (grapefruit or cactus)

Grapefruit > cactus
I've only done Florida so my vote carries no weight. But its easy to see a lot of different teams in a few days. And the Braves are there.

Florida is the better state to visit overall.
Arizona is better for ST because all the facilities are very close together.

Grapefruits are tart but generally have more flavor than cacti. I prefer grapefruits.

Cactus is awesome. All the facilities are very close together.

I've never tried cactus, but I think it would hurt to chew.
