I think ND's is good but when I think of rousing I think of the band just taking off with the fight song after a score. Under that criteria I think Michigan's and Tennessee's are both top notch. As is AU's War Eagle.

Man, I just listened to the Texas fight song. Pretty lame that they mention A&M. Then again, Harvard mentions Yale in its, but that's different.
