To use your analogy

If you take a student who got 6 A's and a C and take out that C you could say he was an all A student.

The 15 games missed one year is there, you can't just ignore it.

and to be injury prone, you have to be constantly injured, and missing 15 games in 1 season is only 1 injury.

He's missed at least one game over half of his seasons in the NFL.

In addition as I said earlier, with age those little nicks get worse and worse.

The injuries he's had have mostly been minor, but he has had surgery on both knees and has multiple injuries that weren't as severe throughout his career.

missing 1 game out of 16 does not make you injury prone.

take out that 15 games in 04

and he has missed 5 games because of injury in 7 years.

5 games in a total of 110 games possibly played.

I thought my Steve Smith spark would've ignited a 10 pager by now.

and LE. good job proving that Smith is not a risk to miss time. nice job tossing out 17 missed games b/c you said they don't count. Who am i to argue with that logic?

bump, just to remind folks that LesterEarl thinks that Harvin's durability will not be an issue at all in the draft and i am crazy for suggesting such.

uh oh LE:

Percy Harvin is arguably the most explosive, dynamic playmaker in this draft and if he didn’t have so much trouble staying healthy he would probably come off the board much, much earlier.

It's difficult to say where Harvin goes, after looking at how he did against top 30 defenses (fla played bama, vanderbilt, florida state, miami, and tennessee all in the top 30) Harvin averaged 1.2 catches for 18.6 yards and 0.2 TD's. Does Tebow suck? Can Harvin not run routes? Does he just run it up against weaker pass defenses? Does Florida have so many weapons that they can rely on other players when Harvin is double covered?

That being said, he scores a touchdown 1 out of every 4 plays where he catchesthe ball - pretty f'ing amazing.
