He totally rebuilt Stanford. Including 2 wins over USC in their hay day. Took a dead 49ers franchise to a Super Bowl,
Then went
10-3
10-3
8-4
In 3 years after taking over a bad Michigan team.

Yea, the guy's terrible.

the poster after you thought Iowa State was on the way to a national championship

Link to when I ever said that?

I did however think they had a shot at the big 12 championship. You know, since they led the conference half of the year and beat the top 2 teams. What an idiot I must be!

You're really gonna carry over your butthurt from a thread from yesterday?

You put words in my mouth that I never said. That's not me being sensitive. It's you being an idiot.

Lou holtz was .650. He rebuilt and brought 6 different programs to bowl games, and 4 to the top 20. Back when making a bowl game meant something. Was he a top college coach?

Couldn't beat the scrubs after beating the best. fricking sucked. But my little bro in law and the rest of the seniors get to play a bowl game.

Are we discussing coaches purely in a vacuum or at their current job?
I think that Dabo is a top 5 coach and likely top 3, but what holds him back, fairly or unfairly, is that he has only done it at one place.

Exactly my point. Think how much better harbaugh is than Lou since he doesn't even have to cheat !!

He's 3rd right behind Saban and Meyer. Depending on how well Clemson does in the playoffs, he may just be able to pass up Meyer for the 2 spot.

1. Saban
2. Dabo
3. Meyer

Jimbo probably has to be next but I feel like he's a step down from those 3.
