I'm hoping he comes out with Captain Lou Albano, and just dances around and smashes coconuts on his head, while Captain Lou translates his mumbling into "I was fooled. Girl catfished me."
An alternative would be to come out with Paul Haymen as his spokesman, and cut a promo saying "the Mormon church, Notre Dame University, and ESPN used me for their gain. And what did I get out of it? Not one penny. So I decided to concoct a story to show you how gullible each and every one of you are. And you bought it--hook, line, and sinker."

i hope for teo's sake, its not A. if he really is that naive and dumb, than this level of humiliation is the type of shite that would drive somebody to suicide.
at first, i thought te'o just made everything up for publicity, and was a big liar and scumbag. the more i think of it however, it seems plausible that at first he was duped, but then went along with the lie to avoid being humiliated. that at least wouldnt be as bad as him completely making everything up just to garner sympathy and attention.
