I'm surprised to see Locker bottom feeding on a lot of these lists. I think the kid is a natural leader, he's pretty mobile, and he's got a solid arm. What's bringing him down in y'all's opinion?

lacks accuracy & touch

Exactly what I'm talking about. This is what people still think of when they think of Locker because of his reputation coming out of college.

He's shown it more than most of the guys on this list in the NFL. Sure I'm a homer, but I really think that my first response was exactly why so many people have him so low.

he completed 51% of his passes as a rookie.

he was playing better this year but the sample size is too small.

he has a lot of things going for him. He just needs to prove it. Accuracy & decision making are the most important things in the NFL. Moreso than speed or arm strength, which he ranks high in.

I think everyone on this list has a chance to be a franchise QB besides Gabbert and Weeden. Maybe Freeman too, but he does have one very good year under his belt.

Eh. FWIW, I don't have a dog in this fight and I think locker's really solid. I think he's def better than Tannehill and Freeman, whom you have much higher on your list..

I agree with all of this

after RG3 you can really lump all the rest together, imo.

Tannehill has been thrown into the fire, and really doesnt have many weapons. But he has shown some flashes.
