What life is like on other message boards

Kinda random, but I think some of us take TD.com and the More Sports Board for granted.
Here is a mod from Mgoblog's justification for banning a user on their platform:
These two comments were considered peronal attacks and homophobic. The user got a permaban
Thank your local TD.com admins for their hard work and dedication to the site. And a special thanks to Chicken for allowing a relatively free and open dialogue. This site in many ways is a beacon of hope for the rest of the internet.

This site gets an A for sure. Only significant issue I have is infiltration of politics to every board. It's gotten significantly worse

I was briefly banned on TD. Not even sure why, maybe for calling someone a fig

You're definitely not wrong in that boards that yield that power is a bit much
But I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that any message board that removes any poster who uses the term "bronsexual" is probably better off without that poster.

TD is pretty bad on the polo board.
You say anything negative at all about trump you're immediately labeled a concern troll and banned (not permabanned)
It's difficult to have honest discussion when there's a lot of the same group think.
There are some trolls but some aren't and just want to have different conversations.

I am definitely not part of the group think, and get down voted a good bit, but never have been hit with a PM or banning based on something I said on the poliboard.

Shaggy was really good back in the day, although everyone was such a try-hard. At one time, I enjoyed their format a little better than this. Michigan State also used to have one with Shaggy's format and was very good. But, the MSU guy sold out to 247 and I never went back.

Or maybe you're the type of person who condones removing people from a message board for violating some arbitrary speech code.
