I see what you are saying, my bad. My point still stands, most of the people I know who are “gonna quit watching the nfl” didn’t care much for it till fantasy football became so huge. Sorry, I’m one who wouldn’t mind seeing the nfl lose some popularity and some of those folks thin out. I liked it better back in the day I guess, when every argument PFF wasn’t the main point and I didn’t have to listen to guys who have never touched a football scream and holler all game about their fantasy players.

I see your point. I have always been a NFL fan of one team though. Fantasy actually made me more of an NFL fan. Why else would I watch the whole Jets v Browns game. Because I wanted to see how a relatively obscure player of Quincy Enuwa was doing. It’s a good supplement to my own fanhood of my own team.

I hate the way the NBA can't go a fricking day without saying, 'Hey, remember us? We're still here! And did you hear LeBron went to the Lakers?" No league pushes its BS during other sports seasons more than the NBA and it has a damn 8 month season.

It's not even remotely close and the NFL has a significantly shorter season, therefore it is much more necessary. And it's usually just some BS about the Cowboys or, 'the End of the Patriots' Dynasty' type BS that no one really cares about anyway.
