He's making jackson look great right now.
He was sort of floundering in Tampa, and is becoming the game breaker he was in his early Eagle days.
He has 9 catches, 3 td's in 2 games and an average of 30.6 yards per catch. His high in td's the last 5 years was 6td's, he's already half way there with 14 games 2 go.
As a Buccs fan, i say stick with Fitzmagic for as long as he takes you. I was happy as frick when he was signed as a back up, he can sling it, sure, he's very wishy washy, but when he's on a roll, he puts up big numbers.

I just added Fitz to my main fantasy team...so he'll blow out a knee next Monday.

Jameis is done in Tampa
You really think Fitz is a long term guy? He’s a 35 years old and most likely will not keep up anywhere near this level of play into the next few years.
Winston isn’t a long term guy either but he’s probably more so then Fitz.

I think deep down, Buccs management thought they would be 0-2, continue to lose, even with winston and could move Jameis in off season, and draft a qb with a top5 pick.
Fitzmagic has changed that

He has value. While he's sporadic and an idiot, I bet a team gives up at least a 3rd for him.
Maybe if he wasnt going to have a $20M salary next year. I can’t see another team wanting to give up anything to get Jameis at $20M salary. He’s bottom third of the league when it comes to starting QB talent...not worth nearly that much money per year. And that doesnt even factor in that he comes with PR baggage

Lack of a run game and secondary injuries will be an issue
That and we have all seen Fitzpatrick go on a hot streak on other teams and then come back down to Earth at some point. There's a reason he's bounced around the league. Great backup to come in and win a few games but not a guy that can carry a team long term.

I want the Bucs to trade Jameis so I can like them again. Worst move they could have ever made to Bucs-Gators fans. We’ve been boycotting them. Not just because he’s a nole, but he a rapist nole. Warrick Dunn and Warren Sapp we were ok with.

Gotta ride with Fitz. He’ll probably ball most of the year, get some cash, and then suck.

Sounds like from this thread that the Bucs may have a decision to make both for this year and after the season is over (due to 2019 extension for Winston).
While Winston isn't a horrible QB, I wonder if any other NFL team would make him the face of the franchise given his average production and off-field history. There are only a small number of starting QB vacancies each year.

Go back to Winston ASAP, Catfish sucks, he's good for 8 games and the wheels fall off the bus. There is a reason he's played for half the teams in the league, he sounds good, you'll hope he is good....but never is. So he gets lucky a few games, whoooptie.

Get rid of Jameis. Hell I would do it now.
