Highly doubt Sanders would ever leave.

I agree. His son is a SR this year and he has another son that is in the 7th grade. Ive just got a feeling that he will be at WM for another 5 years until his youngest son graduates.
He's already had 3 sons play for WM. No way he leaves before his 4th and final son does so.

JJ, word has come down that a south Louisiana school is making a push to hire away Casey Sanders.
That would be a huge hit to WM.
It would be a huge uplift for whoever got him. It wouldn't be a huge hit to WM because of Coach Bell though. I wouldn't say he'd never leave because he was very close to leaving when Luke was a freshman. Then again, that was to go to LSU. I don't think he would leave to go to another high school. It would take a college level position to take him away imo.

Didn't coach bell leave during the summer?

Good God I knew that.
I've said on here many times that Arledge and Sanders are the 2 that drive the WM program more than anyone else. It would be a huge hit if Sanders left now, especially since Coach Bell is gone. The man is a legend in the field and would not be easily replaced.

Jj, having a son who played on the freshmen team this year, I was really looking forward to having him play for coach bell. But merritt did a great job. Freshmen team was pretty good this year, so expect great things the next few years.

Damn. I heard that over the weekend, too. That story may have some legs to it. WM better keep an eye on that situation.

What south Louisiana team is that?

No high school has better facilities than WM for one thing. Also, he has it made at WM.

Well if rouge is posting it could it be STM? And what does he coach?

Strength and conditioning. Was a finalist for LSU job when Moffitt got it. In the Louisiana Powerlifting H.O.F. Not sure of what he's currently doing because it's been awhile and WM tried to change to get more speed a while back. When I was there we were on the exact same weight program as Nebraska was in the early/mid 90's when they were dominating college football. I gained 28 lbs. of muscle my first year in his program.

And i dont know Shows from Adam, if he is classless or not.

That's the point I was trying to make to him. Thanks for posting that.

Sulphur maybe?
Seen rumblings on various message boards about Sulphur hiring a northern coach. Not sure at all, just throwing it out there.

Shows took the starters out, and the player who received the touchdown buried his late mother earlier this season. There's simply nothing classless about it. The only classless thing that has anything to do with this is Lester's desperate attempt at humor at the expense of the mentally challenged a few pages back.
