Talked to a kid that competed for WM.
Johnson definitely used a bench top and squat suit. He would have been dumb not too.
FWIW the kid I talked to believed Chuck Hunter would have beat Johnson in squat and dead lift with the help of a suit. Hunter squatted 500 raw (no suit) as a Junior. ...

As a WM fan I take my hat off to Acadiana and I gladly admit I was DEAD wrong.
Acadiana had the better team. I had said all season long that WM's oline was suspect and Acadiana exploited it like no other team could.

I have been saying all year the ONLY team I thought had a legitimate shot at beating WM was STM because of their ability to pass the ball. Well Acadiana doesn't exactly pass the ball all to well so I dont like their chances.

Last years WM team would have rivaled any team in the country.
Why? They would have pounded the ball with their 5 three hundred pounders on the oline. It would have been boring but last years team DIDNT screw up. They moved the ball when they wanted too. And the defense wasnt too shabby either :...
