Faldo is killing Nantz with the one liners.

I thought Phil was in the right rough. I just saw the shot tracker though, and didn't actually see what happened.

i was driving and listening to it on sirius, so i could be wrong ... fairly sure it was around 170ish out, though ... 8-iron? ... missed it short and left, then chipped over, then chipped over, then chipped up and 2-putted ... must've chipped short the first time ...

Looked like he was in the right intermediate cut about 156 out. An 8 from there is a pretty atrocious score regardless of how it happened.

No such thing as being too humble. Would you rather everyone be Eldrick or Patbaw?

humble as he sees himself ... "i'm surprised to be a 2-time winner on the pga tour" ...

and eldrick won 14 majors, so he was as good as he says he was ...

and that's just classic phil ... i know his position starting today affects his play, so he might not have shot 6 under (or whatever he shot), but an 8 on the 54th hole from 160ish when he's in firm contention is classic phil ... esp frustrating considering his play this year so far ...

If I had missed the previous 8 cuts I'd be surprised to be a 2 time winner too
