I picked up a couple of ribeyes from the butcher this afternoon. Gonna let'em go in the smoker for an hour while I #BC red wine and watch Tiger break his weak arse back.
Then I'm gonna sear them off on the grill and carve them up with my 3 iron and serve with some wild rice.
I love America.

I never tried steak jerky before, I bet that's good
