I picked up a couple of ribeyes from the butcher this afternoon. Gonna let'em go in the smoker for an hour while I #BC red wine and watch Tiger break his weak arse back.

Then I'm gonna sear them off on the grill and carve them up with my 3 iron and serve with some wild rice.

I love America.

If you are going to use the 3 iron to cut the steak, make sure you don't slice it too much. Haha
