I went there twice. No other customers either time. First time, the guy behind the counter never got off his cell phone, and he wasn't discussing business. Second time, different employee but he was putting on the little test green and never looked up to even say "yell if you need something." Sometimes I feel like I'm walking onto a used car lot at EW the way the tackle you at the door, but at least they acknowledge your presence. I've had no problem with EW either, in fact, kinda the opposite of.
