lets make it 1:30. you guys can arrive as early as you want to hit balls...I'll probably just get there right before tee time as I need to help get the kids fed and down for naps.
I've never played Hermann Park but its a muni course and its a guaranteed 5.5 hour round any way you slice it. I have no interest in playing there. I can't really compare the courses.
Our course isn't overly long but you better be in position off the tee or it will penalize you. lots of places to get in trouble if you hit it any length at all. the greens are usually lightening fast and there is only water on a couple of holes.
If you hit it a decent distance I don't recommend hitting very many drivers out here. We also have a par three that plays anywhere from 205-240 from the blue tees. it was playing 229 yesterday. lol.

Same here, but he's close to it and using the range to practice.

we can play the back if you want but its a challenging enough course from the member tees. I shoot about the same from either ones---crappy. if he lives by herman park its going to take longer than 30 minutes to get here. more like 40 on a sunday

I won't be hard to identify. I may have to sneak out and play the tips one night this week. its been a while.
I'll be playing the JW Marriot course in San Antonio on tues. taking the wife on a little getaway for her b-day.

well he is likely a way better golfer than me. I only care about hitting each club as far as I can hit it. the score is irrelevant to me.
I'm all over the place these days. there is actually far less trouble on our course if you play from the tips, but a few holes play uber long. we have a 590 yard par 5 and from the tips #6 is a 240-250 yard par 3. lulz

most likely work is going to prevent a round on the following monday, but other wise it would be fun. I would love to play a wide open driving course and just let it rip all day. Sienna kicks you in the nuts for missing off the tee

I've been progressively getting worse.
But I think that's about to change. I'm relaxed again, and should be able to start playing better.
42 on my last nine holes at TPC helped get some confidence back.
